Arizona Man leaves camera on, and finds UFO ROD, May 21, 2011, UFO Sighting News.

"Well, I started the tape and went inside and forgot that I had a camera rolling until several hours later when I went out and discovered that I had left the camera on and that it had used up the entire hour of tape that I had. I took the tape inside and reviewed it and couldn't believe what I was seeing."



"About 2/3 thru the tape a very strange thing appears. A very close flying rod appears for just seconds on camera. You can clearly see the details of the rods body as it flies past my lens. Rods for those of you who are unaware of them are creatures that exist on earth that no one has ever captured for examination hence we really don't know what they are. They appear to be flying insects as they look like centipedes. They are often called flying fish. They are unable to be seen with the human eye as I understand it because they move too quickly for our eyes to perceive them flying at what some estimate to be speeds over 1,000 miles per hour. No rods have ever been caught or examined alive or dead and typically they are only viewable with camera equipment. They are often seen in association with alien craft and orbs."

UFO Rods caught on Italy Internet cam on April 15, 2011, photos.

Date of sighting: April 15, 2011
Location of sighting: Abruzzi, Italy



While looking at a live Internet cam of Abruzzi, Italy I noticed some screen shots that were taken 15 minutes earlier. One screenshot had rod like objects coming down from the sky on a cloudy day.



Now I know from experience that rods are a real UFO phenomena and must be taken seriously. Some believe these rods to a living alien species that move faster than the human eye can detect.

Amazing Rod photo taken at observatory in Taiwan during sunset, UFO sighting.

Sighting location: Tainan observatory, Taiwan
Sighting Date: October 29, 2010



The person who took the photo was not aware of the rod in the photo until he put them on his computer on Oct 31, then he noticed the odd object in them. He tried to enlarge the photo in hopes of recognizing what it could be, but even enlarged it is still unidentifiable.



He took the photo when he went to the Lulin Planetarium after walking from the nearby museum. He saw the setting sun and had to stop to take a photo of the beautiful sky.

What seems to be the best footage taken so far of rods was filmed by Mark Lichtle who is a professional cameraman for US television. He was making a film of parachutists jumping into a deep, vertical cave near San Luis Potosi, Mexico. As in most cases, the rods were only noticed when the film was reviewed later. On observing the slow-motion video, Lichtle saw numerous rods darting in and out of the frame and flying around the base jumpers as they fell through the air (see picture left). In one shot, a rod avoids colliding with one of the jumpers by veering sharply away at the last second.
